Another serious challenge is an overhaul of the current structure of health funding and provisions. We must ensure guaranteed access to appropriate health care, especially for those mental health issues and suffering chronic and potentially terminal illness. The government must give 100% tax-rebate to those who have the capacity to pay all medical fees up-front, freeing up the cash needed by the more marginalised citizens for quality treatment.
