The level of debt that students accumulate for gaining university qualifications is a national disgrace and stifles Australia’s potential to become the clever country.
To use a slogan of the past ‘It’s time’ to return to free and quality education. The baby-boomers and grey nomads have enjoyed the benefits of free education.
We have an obligation to see that our children and grandchildren can enjoy the same educational benefits, opportunities and privileges. As a Senator I would be pushing this agenda nationwide.
