Sustainability and Connection to Country

I am standing for the Senate in NSW because I believe Australia needs to find a New Way and free itself from being the last outpost of British colonialism. It’s overdue for a strong Black voice to come forward and stand up for Social Justice and Human Rights …

… and we should not forget that our People looked after this country, the native animals and plants for well over 60,000 years. This is sustainability.

I stand for the emancipation of my people from the tyranny of colonialism and dominance by the invader state now known as Australia.

I also represent the fight for the maintenance of identity, culture and languages.

I want to live in a country that owns up to the crimes of the past and seeks to amend the damage they still cause so that we can move forward as a united nation.

Prior to the English invasion we had a country of diverse nations and peoples with very different languages. What made us homogenous was our religion. This religion of our creations is through the ‘Dreaming’, which connects us through the songlines that crisscross this country; we connect through our ceremonies.

My people observed very strict rules with important social and religious protocols. We have ‘ONE DREAMING’ and a belief in the Creators. We lived in harmony with the Creation.

Like the rest of the western and eastern religions we have one god but diverse communities.
